Job Title: IT Intern - Global ERP (Part-Time, Temporary) Location(s): Orlando, FL Position Overview: This temporary, part-time internship is within our Global ERP - Information Technologies Group and is designed for college students currently enrolled in a full-time 4-year undergraduate or master's degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering. The role offers hands-on experience supporting enterprise systems and engineering processes.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent oral and writtenmunication skills; able to convey technical information clearly to non-technical audiences.
• Interest or aptitude in engineering business processes.
• Willingness to learn and work within an SAP ERP environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, Word).
• Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing requirements and schedules.
• Availability to work approximately 24 hours per week ( 3 days/ 8 hours- Monday-Friday, daytime hours) while attending school
• High school graduate currently enrolled in a 4-year college program.
• GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Major in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering (Freshmen or Sophomore preferred).
• Hours can increase during assignment duration.

Responsibilities

• Assist users with system access requests.
• Manage engineering document requests.
• Perform daily system checks to proactively identify and resolve issues.
• Conduct monthly audits to ensure system synchronization.
• Troubleshoot reported issues and determine root cause and resolution.
• Develop and execute test plans, including documentation of test data and results.
• Support various IT-related projects.
• Maintain and update system and support documentation.
