Overseeing numerous customers and working in a team environment to resolve IT related issues. Developing and providing systems and software training to the end-users Coordinates day to day ticketing system and works with IT staff to provide end-user solutions. Assists when required with user onboarding and offboarding process including account provisioning setup and device configuration. Maintains end-user documentation, knowledge base and recurring communications to end-user community.
