As a Seasonal IT Installation Technician II at R&R Solutions, you will play a crucial role in on-site installation and setup of technical equipment in various field locations across the country. Your expertise will ensure that each installation adheres to strict specifications and quality standards. You will conduct routine maintenance checks to guarantee optimal performance and swiftly diagnose technical issues, facilitating necessary repairs. In addition, you will maintain accurate documentation of all equipment installations, maintenance activities, and repairs, preparing detailed reports on each service visit that outline findings and solutions implemented. Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar field technician role
  • Must have valid Driver's License and acceptable driving record that allows the employee to safely drive company-owned vehicle while deployed
  • Ability to quickly and accurately install Point of Sale (POS) systems and Network Hardware
  • Proficient in diagnosing and repairing technical equipment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to convey technical information to non-technical individuals
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to think quickly and make decisions in high-pressure situations
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Low voltage and Cat 5 experience required
  • Advanced computer skills required
  • Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check

Nice To Haves

  • 3 years' verifiable experience in structured cabling and network hardware installations preferred
