Virbac Corp is seeking an Infrastructure & Systems Engineer to support systems, networking, CSV activities, IT purchasing, vendor management, and remote Sales teams across North America. The role provides Tier 2–3 technical support and manages Call Center operations in Nextiva / 9Five, including configuration, call flows, queue routing, analytics, and system troubleshooting. Requirements

  • 10–14 years of IT experience in systems/network engineering.
  • Hands-on experience with Nutanix, Veeam, VLAN/Wi-Fi troubleshooting, Okta/SSO/MFA, antivirus, Google Workspace, AWS basics.
  • Experience managing Nextiva or 9Five call center platforms in a technical capacity.
  • Awareness of GxP, CSV, FDA, ITIL.
  • Physical requirement due to necessary movement of equipment including server(s) components. This includes lifting/pushing/pulling up to 20 lbs, as well as working overhead on occasion.

Responsibilities

  • Provide Tier 2–3 systems support for servers, virtualization (Nutanix), backups (Veeam), security tools, and identity systems (Okta/MFA).
  • Support and administer Nextiva / 9Five Call Center including call queues, IVR, routing logic, agent configuration, reporting dashboards, and troubleshooting.
  • Manage IT purchasing (Capex & Opex) and vendor relationships for hardware, software, and infrastructure tools.
  • Assist with infrastructure monitoring, patch cycles, lifecycle planning, performance tuning, and system documentation.
  • Provide Tier 2–3 support for networking (VLANs, Wi-Fi, switching), escalating advanced tasks to HQ.
  • Participate in CSV documentation, testing, and change control for regulated systems.
  • Support remote Sales/Field teams across the US & Canada.
  • Image computers with KACE, maintain lifecycle records, and oversee asset accuracy.
  • Use Google Workspace, AWS fundamentals, and Gemini AI tools for documentation and troubleshooting.
