About The Position

CTG is seeking to fill an IT Infrastructure Support Technician position for our client. Location: Buffalo, NY (100% onsite) Duration: 4 months with possibility for extension Key Responsibilities: Provide Tier 2/3 support for biomedical and clinical systems. Troubleshoot endpoints, Windows servers, and basic networking issues. Manage SSL certificates and device integration with clinical systems. Monitor critical servers and equipment; perform asset inventory. Document accounts, passwords, and vendor contacts; maintain secure records. Review patching and vulnerability scans; implement mitigation plans. Coordinate vendor access and support medical device integrations. Requirements

  • Strong IT support experience, including Windows Server administration.
  • Networking knowledge (DHCP, VLAN, static IP configuration).
  • Excellent documentation and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with clinical and technical teams.
  • IT support in clinical, biomedical, or technical environments.
  • Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with medical device integration is a plus.
