Requirements

Azure, and O365 management
Microsoft Office experience
Windows Server experience
Apple OS and Android OS experience
Group Policy
MCP, A+, MDAA
Willingness to acquire certificates and learn in real life situations
Previous exposure to business continuity (backup systems?), systems analysis, and project/risk management
Exposure to VOIP systems

Responsibilities

Provide support via phone, walk-ins, and using the ticket system
Diagnose hardware, software, and network issues
Create knowledge base documentation for new policies and procedures
Assist in developing and maintaining IT Information Resources
Assist in vendor support needs
Participation in on-call rotation
Anticipated evening and weekend work as needed
Must wear safety eyewear at all times when in dealership service departments
Must wear hard-toed shoes and slip resistant footwear in when in dealership service departments

Infrastructure Support
Server administration (Support to infrastructure)?
Assist with asset life cycle management
Maintain, monitor, and report on Walser’s Employee MFA program
Review and identify security risks/exposures (including cause, impact, and company risk) and recommend procedures to mitigate future risk
Review and recommend improvements on IT Services processes
Collaborate with Infrastructure on security audits and assist with recommendations to mitigate future risk
Assist in development and maintenance of disaster recovery and business continuity programs
Assist in maintenance and configuration of phone system
