We’re hiring an IT Infrastructure Manager at our Corporate Headquarters in Columbia, MO and we’re looking for someone who’s ready to grow with us, bring energy and drive to their work, and help us build the future of construction. The IT Infrastructure Manager will manage a team and be responsible for planning, installing, and maintaining a technical infrastructure (including hardware, software, servers, storage solutions, networks, or physical facilities) that supports critical business needs.

Requirements

  • Self-motivated, exceptional critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, with extraordinary attention to detail with the agility to pivot quickly.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced team environment, exercising sound judgment throughout your day.
  • Demonstrate excellence in communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused/customer-first approach that models exemplary customer service on a daily basis.
  • Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving ability.
  • Knowledge of both Microsoft Windows and Apple Mac hardware.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Infrastructure Technology or a related field, or qualifying experience.
  • Must be a US citizen
  • At least 6 years of network experience, relevant experience in the IT industry
  • At least 4 years of people management experience
  • Must be able to sit at a desk for long periods of time
  • Must be able to lift at least 20 pounds

Responsibilities

  • Manage and mentor an infrastructure team
  • Works with organizational leaders to identify infrastructure-related initiatives and needs, and designs and implements solutions.
  • Supports the organization's infrastructure strategy and service delivery standards.
  • Helps develop long-term infrastructure plans and architectures taking into account trends in the field and changing organizational needs.
  • Monitors service level agreements and key service delivery performance indicators or metrics, and identifies areas where performance can be improved through infrastructure changes.
  • Handling escalations from other departments as well as from other members of the Infrastructure team.
  • Additional duties related to the position as assigned.
  • Developing documentation and updating current documentation regarding policies, procedures, and changes within the organization.
