The IT Infrastructure and Support Manager, leads all IT operations and systems for the Americas region (US, Canada, Mexico, and Brazil). This hands-on leadership role merges regional IT strategy with daily system administration, infrastructure engineering, and senior-level support to ensure the stability, security, and scalability of IT services. The position requires close partnership with the global corporate IT leadership (based in France) to align regional activities with global strategy. This role is also key to supporting TRIGO's Quality Management System (QMS), corporate standards, and continuous improvement programs. May Report to EVP, TRIGO Americas / Group Digital and IT Officer
