About The Position

Regal Rexnord is seeking a highly skilled, professional, and poised IT Infrastructure Administrator to deliver exceptional, onsite white-glove IT service & support to C-level executives, senior leadership, and end users as needed. This role demands a mature, proactive, and customer-centric individual who demonstrates sound judgment, discretion, and the ability to remain composed under pressure. The ideal candidate will anticipate needs, take initiative, and resolve technical issues swiftly and effectively in a dynamic, high-stakes environment. Reporting to the Client Services IT Director, this position provides both onsite and remote technical support for C-Suite executives and end users. Responsibilities include support for software applications, desktop/laptop maintenance, mobile devices, network connectivity, user account management, audio/video systems, conferencing tools, and general IT support for the on-site senior leadership team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years experience supporting executive-level leaders. having direct support of C-suite level.
  • 5+ years of experience in IT support.
  • Experience supporting a hybrid remote work-from-home and in office workforce within a large corporate domain environment.
  • Proven expertise in Microsoft technologies within a global enterprise setting.
  • Strong knowledge of Office 365, identity management, and mobile device management.
  • Demonstrated maturity, discretion, and professionalism in high-visibility roles.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
  • Strong analytical thinking with the ability to scale solutions and anticipate future needs.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a proactive, customer-first mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative in fast-paced, high-pressure situations.
  • Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States without requiring company sponsorship to obtain or keep U.S. work authorization.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with AV systems, remote access tools, and ITSM platforms (e.g., ServiceNow) is a plus.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, MCP, ITIL) are desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-touch, personalized IT support to executives and VIP users with professionalism and discretion, ensuring minimal disruption to their work.
  • Proactively identify and resolve hardware, software, mobile device, and connectivity issues across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android platforms.
  • Set up, maintain, and optimize executive workstations, conference room technology, and home office equipment with foresight and attention to detail.
  • Ensure seamless video conferencing experiences using tools such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and WebEx.
  • Collaborate effectively with IT teams (networking, security, infrastructure) to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of support activities, incidents, and resolutions.
  • Provide after-hours or on-call support as needed, especially during executive travel or critical events.
  • Promote and support collaboration tools (O365, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive), demonstrating their value and encouraging adoption across the organization.
  • Assist with security patching processes and tools, ensuring compliance and protection of executive systems.
  • Perform related duties as assigned, adhering to company standards and procedures.
