DSG is seeking an IT Helpdesk/Bench Technician to join our team in either Plymouth, MN or Fargo, ND. In this full time, hourly position, work typically ranges between 7am and 6pm CST, Monday through Friday, but may vary on occasion, according to business needs. As an IT Helpdesk/Bench Technician, you will be responsible for providing front-line technical support to DSG associates. This role addresses helpdesk tickets, performs workstation imaging, and assists with hardware maintenance under direct supervision. Position ensures effective and efficient service and response to internal stakeholders. DSG is a people-centric, customer-obsessed, and growth-focused wholesale distributor.
