You'llâ¯respondâ¯to reactive "break/fix" issues and exercise a high degree of "ownership" over the clients'â¯technicalâ¯environment.â¯Toâ¯achieveâ¯comprehensive service delivery, youâ¯won't do this alone-you'llâ¯work side-by-side with other technicians and engineers to resolve issues across the entire environmentâ¯throughâ¯to completion.
