Position Overview: The IT Help Desk Support will provide front-line primary technical support to end users on various technical issues and problems. This individual will be responsible for providing IT Help Desk Support to all in-office employees as needed. This position will be an in-person role at our office in Coral Gables, FL. The IT Help Desk Support must have excellent problem-solving skills in order to diagnose, evaluate and resolve complex problem situations, or when appropriate, escalate or route them to appropriate IT staff members. This position will support multiple platforms including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and video conferencing equipment. Independent work is required along with sharing information and assisting our IT Infrastructure team when needed. We are unable to provide visa sponsorship for this position. Applicants must already possess work authorization in the country the job is located.
