Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent
Associates degree and/or 4+ years experience with PC systems, related peripherals and common software programs and Windows Operating Systems.
Experience imaging machines with SCCM.
Demonstrate a high level of professionalism, interpersonal skills and team-oriented attitude.
Demonstrate active listening skills with ability to act with sensitivity and empathize with customer's situation.
Demonstrate compassion and discretion in a patient care environment in support of overall service provided to the customer
Ability to lift 50 lb

Responsibilities

Install and deploy hardware components.
Install and deploy software applications.
Image and configure machines using SCCM
Structure user workstations.
Transport a work system to a new location.
Switch to a different workstation system.
Alter the end user.
Install additional hardware
Install additional software
Alter the existing hardware configuration
Update installed software
Customize software settings
Uninstall unused software
Troubleshoot issues and provide resolutions
Ensure proper tracking and maintenance of hardware and software systems utilized by the team.
Act as the liaison between Zones’ team and the customer.
Follow specific instructions provided by the customer
Maintain a clean work environment.
Other duties as assigned.
