About The Position

The Field Services Intern will support the IT Field Services team in delivering high-quality technical assistance across hospital and remote locations. This role provides hands-on experience with enterprise IT systems, hardware troubleshooting, and customer service in a healthcare environment. The intern will work under supervision to assist with device deployment, incident resolution, and IT projects. Requirements

Currently enrolled in an IT, Computer Science, or related degree program.
Basic understanding of hardware, operating systems, and networking fundamentals.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment and maintain confidentiality.
Requires current enrollment within an IT, Computer Science, or related program
