About you and this role Dow has an exciting opportunity in our Information Technology Service & Support (ITS&S) department, providing IT Analytical support to our Dow Executives and Board of Directors located in Midland, MI or Houston, TX. This role will work closely with IT and facility service teams, represent client needs, and provide end-to-end support for our executive personnel. Core Responsibilities: Support presentations and equipment for senior leadership meetings and events at Midland headquarters and remote sites. Maintain Audio Visual equipment for Midland based executive spaces and manage the lifecycle of the equipment. Coordinate with other Dow technology teams, Collaboration Services, Network Services, and Mobile Services to ensure all required services are available when required. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with workstations, mobile devices, printers, and IT resources. Support Executive events around the world and work with various vendors. (Leadership Summit, Strategy Week, Board Meetings) Your Skills Technical Support: Ability to troubleshoot, resolve, and maintain a wide range of IT systems—including workstations, mobile devices, printers, networking components, and Audio Visual equipment—to ensure seamless technology performance for executives. Customer Service: Skill in providing high‑quality, end‑to-end support for executive‑level clients, ensuring their technology needs are met promptly, professionally, and with exceptional attention to detail. Oral Communications: Capacity to clearly convey technical information, coordinate with IT teams and vendors, and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, including senior leadership and the Board of Directors. Workstation Administration: Proficiency in configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting operating systems, applications, and hardware to support reliable device performance in fast‑paced, high‑stakes environments. Proactive Problem Solving: Ability to anticipate issues, rapidly address technology failures, and adapt quickly during live events or last‑minute changes, ensuring uninterrupted delivery of executive meetings and presentations. Additional information: This position requires a candidate with the ability to make decisions quickly to support the changing needs of executive leadership, who can adapt and execute a quick recovery from direction change and technology failures. This role requires onsite 4-5 days a week with split coverage with team members from 7:30am-5:30pm. Note: this role does not provide relocation assistance. Requirements

  • A minimum of a bachelor’s degree or relevant military experience at or above a U.S. E5 ranking or Canadian Petty Officer 2nd Class or Sergeant or 3 years relevant experience in lieu of a Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working with executive level clients
  • Presentation and meeting technology expertise
  • Competent in computer operating systems, applications, networking, and mobile devices
  • Ability to coordinate external suppliers to achieve successful events
  • Ability to work with all levels of organization from operators to CEO
  • Strong level of capability in Audio Visual
  • Flexibility to support users 24/7 as issues occur
  • Ability to travel for remote events and support

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in Audio Visual control systems
  • Experience with collaboration technology (Teams, Zoom, WebEx)
  • Microsoft certification(s) desirable
  • Ability to evaluate, develop strategy, and implement technology plans
  • A bachelor’s degree in communications, Information Technology Management or Broadcasting is preferred
