About The Position

This position offers an optional hybrid work schedule, with three days working
in the office and two days working remotely.

seeking an IT Desktop Support Specialist to join our on-site team. 

In this role, you will provide helpdesk support to various users by identifying
and troubleshooting to resolve technical issues in person and over the phone. To
be successful in this position, you need to be customer-service-oriented,
reliable, and flexible.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2-4 years of prior work experience in direct customer and/or technical computer support (software, network, etc.) preferred.

Nice To Haves

• Prefer some additional vocational or technical training in software, PCs, and/or networks.
