About The Position

The Cybersecurity Analyst is responsible for protecting the organization’s information systems, networks, and data from cyber threats. This role proactively monitors security events, identifies vulnerabilities, investigates incidents, and implements security controls to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of systems. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in cloud-based environments—particularly Microsoft Azure—and brings a strong foundation in cybersecurity best practices.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (required)
Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in cybersecurity, information security, or a related IT security role
Experience working in Microsoft Azure environments, including security monitoring and configuration
Knowledge of security frameworks, best practices, and common threat vectors
Familiarity with tools such as SIEMs, endpoint protection platforms, and vulnerability scanning tools
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond effectively to security incidents

Responsibilities

Monitor, analyze, and respond to security alerts and incidents across on‑premises and cloud environments
Identify, assess, and remediate security vulnerabilities and risks
Support the implementation and maintenance of security tools, policies, and controls
Conduct security investigations and incident response activities, including root cause analysis and reporting
Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure secure system designs and configurations
Assist with security assessments, audits, and compliance requirements
Maintain awareness of emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and industry trends
Document security procedures, incident reports, and recommended improvements
