We work with a variety of different Colleagues, Managers and Support teams to achieve common goals. Our days are spent: In support of fulfilling IT Hardware and Software requests for Refreshing computers. We are responsible for ensuring the colleagues computer is converted to the new machine and ensuring their software is installed / data was transferred successfully within a satisfactory SLA time. We are also responsible for working with our colleagues during the warrantee period to help with any issues the colleague may have. The purpose of our role is to ensure every colleague in the enterprise has the necessary IT equipment and software that they need to fulfill their roles and maintain productivity.
