Brillant Agency, one of the most respected and rapidly growing agencies focused on family-oriented brands, along with its sister company, FamFluence Talent Management, the leading talent management agency representing the top-performing talent in the family space across Instagram, TikTok and YouTube, seeks a full-time IT Coordinator to help support the growth of both agencies and be part of a loyal, hard working, and passionate team. Who We Are: Brilliant is a boutique marketing agency with nearly 30 team members, offering a wide range of services, including public relations, influencer marketing, social media, paid media and affiliate marketing. FamFluence is a talent management agency with also nearly 30 team members, exclusively managing over 150 creators. Both agencies are completely remote. Team members are expected to be available online and working for the company during regular business hours, 8AM-5PM, in your time zone (within the continental United States). What We Do: Brilliant is in its second decade as a fully remote company and is one of the most respected agencies serving consumer lifestyle brands with a specific focus on products, brands, and services for families including baby and maternity, toys and games, tech, housewares, haircare and food. Our sister agency, FamFluence was founded in 2020 and is the first and only agency to exclusively manage family-friendly talent. Our creators vary in size from micro to elite talent. Our brand partners include: Amazon, Walmart, Disney, etc. What You’ll Do: Ensure staff, interns, contractors and clients are onboarded smoothly and securely Track, prioritize, and resolve IT requests with minimal disruption Ensure core systems remain organized, documented, and reliable Make sure data used by teams is accurate, accessible, and well-maintained Provide Tier 1 help desk support in a fully remote environment across macOS and Windows (with opportunity to grow into Tier 2 support) Respond to and resolve employee support tickets related to devices, access, connectivity, and SaaS/database tools Ensure business development and lead generation workflows are supported by clean, consistent, and well-governed sourcing data Follow established escalation procedures and document all issues and resolutions Complete frontline onboarding and offboarding for employees, interns, contractors, and clients Provision and deprovision user accounts across core systems; manage roles, permissions, and access reviews Create and maintain internal IT documentation, runbooks, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) Document recurring workflows, system changes, and known issues Maintain routine data health checks in Airtable and HubSpot, including deduplication and validation Assist with data collection, normalization, and validation for business development and marketing workflows Make basic updates to Airtable bases as needed, including queries, filtering, and user interface/view adjustments Prepare and maintain recurring reports and audits
