About The Position

Pano AI is looking for an experienced IT Contractor to lead desktop support operations and ensure a reliable, secure, and seamless technology experience for employees. This role focuses on delivering outstanding end-user support, maintaining device compliance, and keeping our IT environment running efficiently across a distributed workforce.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience, preferably in a SaaS or startup environment.
  • Strong knowledge of macOS and Windows troubleshooting, Google Workspace, Jira, Okta, and MDM systems.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills; able to support a remote, fast-paced team.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with ISO 27001 or SOC 2 compliance requirements is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all desktop support needs across Mac and Windows devices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues quickly and effectively.
  • Manage device onboarding, provisioning, and deprovisioning processes through MDM (e.g., JumpCloud).
  • Maintain compliance with IT security standards — including patching, endpoint protection, and asset tracking.
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for escalations and system improvements.
  • Document and continuously improve support processes to enhance efficiency and user satisfaction.
