The IT Consultant V functions as the customer relationship manager for local medical center service area teams, including physicians, staff and employees. Working onsite in a medical center service area, the position provides care critical consulting and support for technology initiatives and operations, helping identify technology capabilities that drive business outcomes. The IT Consultant V regularly interacts with frontline staff, clinicians, physicians, and administrative leaders to support local technology governance, change management, user adoption, and emergency management. The position will act as the IT consulting lead for this location with a focus on team performance, metrics, and results.
