About The Position

Citizens State Bank, a locally owned community bank, is seeking a motivated and technically capable IT Computer Support Specialist to join our IT department in our La Crosse office. This is a full-time, Monday through Friday position offering professional growth within an organization known for its strong culture and commitment to its employees. This role provides level 1 technical support to internal staff to ensure proper computer operations and efficient use of technology across the bank. Responsibilities include assisting employees with desktop applications, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and resolving technical problems via phone, remote access, and in-person desktop support. The IT Computer Support Specialist will document and track help desk requests, prioritize and escalate more complex issues to other IT staff, assist with creating internal “how-to” documentation or videos, and support general IT administrative tasks. This position reports directly to the Chief Organizational Officer. We are looking for someone beginning their journey in IT, whether recently graduated or building foundational experience, who is eager to learn and grow. While some prior IT or help desk exposure is helpful, we are willing to train the right candidate who brings a strong aptitude for technology and a desire to support others in a fast-paced, professional environment.
