This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, collaborative environment supporting mission-critical operations. The Computer Support Specialist provides advanced technical support by diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues, configuring and imaging systems, and deploying and maintaining computer equipment and peripherals. This role also supports end users by delivering training on hardware, operating systems, and common business applications such as printing, word processing, and email. Key responsibilities include responding to support requests via phone, web, and email using remote support tools and automated ticketing systems, as well as performing on-site troubleshooting when required. The specialist will also manage user accounts and ensure timely resolution of technical issues. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong technical expertise, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
