Grant Street Group is looking for a highly motivated individual to provide support to our clients for a variety of technology-related issues. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to client IT staff and GSG employees across the US, in the following areas: âManaging hardware deployed at client locations: payment terminals, routers, servers, network devices, kiosks, etc. âImproving the client experience with Grant Street Group products. This includes network optimization guidance, browser, and other technology assistance. âEstablishing relationships with the clientâs IT staff to consult on hardware, software, and security. âSupporting our employees with laptops, tablets, smartphones, printers, and applications. âSupporting our annual client conferences. âWorking closely with our product owners, business analysts, and system administrators. You will interact with customers and colleagues in person or by chat, help tickets, email, or phone. This position requires 20-30% travel to client locations, and working from home for the remainder of the time. This position is open to US-based applicants located in California.
