About The Position

The IT Business Systems Support Analyst’s role is to provide technical support on the company’s Transportation Management Systems (TMS), assist in managing IT Inventory and workstation builds, and provide local software and hardware support to end users.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. Applicable experience with IT Support and/or TMS functions. Equivalencies considered
  • 2+ years of IT support, helpdesk experience and/or applicable certificates in the IT field
  • Structured Query Language (SQL)
  • Knowledge of computer network topography
  • Experience in systems analysis
  • Functional proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. MS Access experience a plus
  • Experience working with WorldTrak
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Extremely well organized, able to plan and effectively set priorities for implementation

Responsibilities

  • Assist with managing the help desk ticketing software and promptly responding to employee requests, with a focus on tickets related to ICAT and Axis TMS (WorldTrak)
  • Document ICAT operating platform issues and bug testing. Engage with the software provider for updates on development.
  • Assist with managing ICAT’s IT Hardware Inventory
  • Building, updating, and refreshing laptops/PCs
  • Allocating and tracking inventory by location
  • Managing stock levels of extra equipment
  • Local employee PC setup, maintenance, and relocation
  • Azure AD configuration and maintenance, mainly as it pertains to new users and workstations being added to the environment
  • Company intranet maintenance
  • Assist with SharePoint, MS365 and email configuration and maintenance
  • Assist with PC software/hardware troubleshooting
  • Assist to develop, document, and maintain IT best practices through the creation of IOPs (ICAT Operating Procedures) and correlating IOMs (ICAT Operating Manual)
  • Assist with the employee integration/termination processes
  • Provide on-boarding and IT related training for new employees
  • Perform other clerical/office work as needed, including but not limited to answering phone calls, operating general office equipment (computer, scanner, fax).
  • Perform other duties as assigned
