Your Role in Our Mission: Leads and executes projects related to system enhancements and modifications in alignment with established change management standards Oversees project planning, scheduling, documentation, and progress tracking to ensure timely and successful delivery Manages all phases of the project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, current and future state process mapping, data flow diagrams, and development of functional specifications Serves as the primary point of contact for vendor partnerships, driving system upgrades, new feature implementations, and enhancement initiatives aligned to the innovation roadmap Manages vendor support resolution and conducts annual due diligence, ensuring platforms remain compliant with regulatory, data security, and privacy standards Identifies opportunities to leverage technology to enhance business unit strategy and performance Recommends and implements solutions that drive continuous process improvement and operational efficiency Provides technical and non-technical consultative support, system-related training, and subject matter expertise to the assigned business line and cross-functional partners Analyzes and reports on product and service usage, trends, and quality metrics Delivers data-driven insights to business leaders to support decision-making and strategic objectives Partners with the Business Intelligence team on more complex data and analytical needs Conducts vendor and market research to identify innovative solutions that support business objectives Delivers accurate, timely, and high-quality work in a collaborative, goal-oriented environment Demonstrates accountability by following through on initiatives until objectives are achieved Performs other duties as assigned What Makes You a Great Fit: An associate degree (or equivalent combination of education and experience) required A bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred 4–6 years of experience in financial services, lending operations, or a related field Hands-on experience with key systems and tools such as: MeridianLink (Consumer and Account Opening) Fiserv DNA DocuSign Strong knowledge of lending processes, including originations, processing, and booking Technical proficiency in: SQL Advanced Excel Data analysis and reporting tools Power BI A passion for leveraging data and technology to improve processes, enhance performance, and support business goals A Culture of Care and Reward: You give your best, and we give back with a comprehensive and meaningful rewards package: Enjoy 11 paid holidays and generous paid time off to recharge and reset Build your future with a 6% 401(k) match Receive a $700 annual contribution to your Health Savings Account Access our comprehensive maternity leave program to support growing families Stay covered with medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance Grow your career through leadership development, tuition assistance, and advancement opportunities Earn rewards for financial wellness through our Debt Free Club and Dave Ramsey’s SmartDollar program Thrive in a purpose-driven, people-first culture where your impact matters This is more than your next job. Requirements

  • An associate degree (or equivalent combination of education and experience) required
  • 4–6 years of experience in financial services, lending operations, or a related field
  • Hands-on experience with key systems and tools such as: MeridianLink (Consumer and Account Opening) Fiserv DNA DocuSign
  • Strong knowledge of lending processes, including originations, processing, and booking
  • Technical proficiency in: SQL Advanced Excel Data analysis and reporting tools Power BI
  • A passion for leveraging data and technology to improve processes, enhance performance, and support business goals

Nice To Haves

  • A bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred

Responsibilities
