Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
6-10 years of experience in business analysis, IT systems analysis, and technology implementation
Experience in one or more of the following areas: OT, ICS, or industrial environments
Gas, energy, utilities, or critical infrastructure operations
IT infrastructure, networking, or systems administration
Cybersecurity, risk management, or vulnerability management
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to identify innovative solutions
Excellent communication skills with ability to work across technical and non-technical audiences
Self-starter capable of working independently with minimal guidance
Experience creating reports, metrics, and analyses that convey information clearly and accurately

Nice To Haves

Strong understanding of project management processes and principles
Experience in IT budget forecasting
Proficiency in business intelligence tools such as SAP, BOBJ, and BPC
Demonstrated ability to lead functional teams or projects

Responsibilities

Analyze business processes and practices to design and implement information technology solutions that meet customer needs and business initiatives
Develop functional specifications by translating business requirements into clear and concise functional documentation
Act as a trusted partner to various business units, translating cybersecurity risks and vulnerabilities into business-relevant impact and actionable options
Support decision-making by framing risk, tradeoffs, and remediation paths for leadership and operational teams
Perform testing and validation by collaborating with QA teams to define test scenarios and ensure solutions meet business requirements
Conduct security reviews for OT environments and hybrid IT/OT architectures
Partner with engineering and operations teams to understand real-world system usage and integration requirements
Support secure integration of new assets, vendors, or acquisitions into existing environments
Monitor and evaluate solution performance by tracking and measuring effectiveness of implemented solutions
Help prioritize remediation efforts based on operational impact and risk assessment
Contribute to risk assessments, exception reviews, and documentation in collaboration with cybersecurity teams
Create clear summaries, risk narratives, and visual reports for leadership and stakeholders
Develop standardized processes and templates to reduce friction and improve efficiency
