About The Position

The IT Enterprise Business Systems Analyst (BSA) III is a fully qualified Experienced Professional responsible for the development, support, and enhancement of business applications such as ERP, Salesforce, PLM, and other enterprise systems. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders to analyze requirements, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions. The BSA III plays a key role in ensuring the optimal performance of enterprise systems, participating in both day-to-day operational support and mid-level projects across the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, systems analysis, or related technical field, or 9+ years of experience in IT business systems analysis in lieu of degree.
  • Advanced Salesforce & ERP Proficiency: Skilled in multiple Salesforce modules (e.g., CPQ, Sales Cloud) and ERP modules (e.g., Procurement, Financials); capable of customizing configurations to meet business requirements.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce declarative configuration (Process Builder, Flows) or Proficient in setting up and managing complex workflow or ERP system customization
  • Experience in functional knowledge and demonstrated hands-on experience managing one or more ServiceNow modules.

Nice To Haves

  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or CBPP is a plus.
  • familiarity with Agile and Waterfall, including working in sprints and backlog grooming.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support for applications. Handle more complex issues, identifying root causes for system or application problems.
  • Perform system configuration changes, customizations, or integrations to resolve issues or implement enhancements, ensuring seamless functionality.
  • Perform detailed analysis of reported issues, identify recurring patterns, and work towards sustainable resolutions to enhance system performance.
  • Publish comprehensive knowledge base articles, including detailed FAQs, troubleshooting guides to support both internal and external users.
  • Create training materials and conduct training sessions for both enhancements and small-med projects, helping users adapt to new features and processes.
  • Perform comprehensive functional testing and validation to confirm that resolved production issues do not impact other system areas, addressing any identified issues.
  • Document business requirements into clear user stories, perform configuration, and perform in testing solutions to ensure they meet functional needs.
  • Perform initial root cause analysis on recurring issues, collaborating with senior team members to develop preliminary solution.
  • Develop wireframes for straightforward solutions, ensuring they effectively communicate design concepts to stakeholders.
  • Translate business requirements into system design, minimizing the need for custom development, and aligning the solution with business needs.
  • Create detailed system design documentation, including functional specifications, workflows, business rules, interface designs, and data mapping to ensure successful system implementation and integration.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure that system customizations and extensions meet business requirements and function seamlessly
  • Develop and execute comprehensive test scripts and testing plans (functional and regression). Support system releases and manage the migration to production environments.
  • Lead UAT efforts by developing testing strategies and working closely with business users to validate that solutions meet their requirements.
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation for system implementations, knowledge base articles, and troubleshooting guides for internal and external users.
  • Analysis of current business processes and identify areas for improvement, supporting initiatives that enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve user satisfaction.
  • Process Documentation: Document current business processes, including workflow mapping and capturing key data points for analysis.
  • Data Collection and Analysis: Gather and analyze data on process performance to support improvement recommendations.
