About The Position

Provide high-level administrative support to the Regional Team, ensuring smooth operation of the Regional IT Services leadership office. This role manages schedules, coordinates meetings and communications, and facilitates the efficient execution of strategic and operational priorities. The Business Support Specialist serves as a key liaison between the Regional IT Services Team, internal stakeholders, and external partners.

Responsibilities

  • Manage office administration for the Regional IT Services team, ensuring organized workflows and efficient processes.
  • Prepare, review, and format presentations, reports, and documents for leadership and external audiences.
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and workshops, including agendas, logistics, and follow-up actions.
  • Support budget tracking and expense management for the Regional IT Services Team.
  • Assist with internal communications and engagement activities.
