IT Business Relationship Partner
About The Position
The purpose of the IT Business Partner position is to serve as a liaison between IT and the Business for Mosaic Life Care by focusing on driving positive business results based on clinical, administrative and IT priorities. Ensures proper alignment across a wide body of stakeholders, by understanding and addressing emerging challenges and opportunities, anticipating changes in the external environment, and driving continuous improvement and innovation across the organization. ITBP is a critical enabler of business success, playing a key role in creating measurable value. Acting as a change agent, the ITBP will champion a culture of shared ownership across multi-disciplinary teams. The IT Business Partner will be responsible for collaborating across the enterprise (Informatics, Clinical Operations, Human Resources, F&A, & Operations) by facilitating the process of linking strategy to execution by first identifying the right enterprise priorities, and then driving value delivery using effective best practices, methodologies, and frameworks that facilitate value creation across the organization. The ITBP will provide advice and counsel to the assigned Mosaic Life Care entity leadership in assessing the IT needs of the facility and assist in developing tactical plans to address these needs. Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- 5 Years of championing organizational evolution, e.g., leading initiatives, products, services, or interactions is required.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor's Degree - Computer Science or related field is preferred.
- PMP - Project Mgmt Professional - Project Management Institute-Project Management Professional is preferred.
- Project Management Institute-Agile Certified Practitioner is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Acts as the IT service delivery and communication lead for their assigned entities for project updates and status, scheduled and unscheduled downtimes, and other critical events
- Works with the Business Relationship Partnership (BRP) team, the Director of TP&G, and Clinical Ops to, implement, and optimize strategic, tactical, and operational planning and governance processes that focus on aligning our strategic themes to the work performed to ensure value creation that drives business outcomes
- Performs other duties as assigned
