This role develops and maintains trusted relationships with business stakeholders. For incoming demand for IT services, this role coordinates business prioritization, participates in the demand evaluation process, monitors effective service delivery and value realization, and supports organizational change through technology enablement. The BRM advocates for the business within IT and fosters a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement, bridging the gap between business needs and technological capabilities as a trusted advisor.
