Responsible for conducting and identifying IT/CE business process analyses, needs assessment, and make recommendations on process optimization improvements. Monitors adoption and adherence levels of processes and provides necessary in-services and training for IT/CE teams working in a diverse matrix environment. May also fill the role of a merger and acquisition specialist working with a senior business process analyst or other designated IT leaders to contribute to strategy formulation related to integration of IT components with any M&A's. The ideal candidate must have high intellectual curiosity, analytical skills, a strong work ethic, and a proven ability to work with cross-functional teams.
