THE TEAM & THE ROLE Our team’s mission is to enable LNE IT and business strategy through disciplined portfolio management, and effective program delivery. The IT Business Office ensures transparency, financial accountability, and operational consistency while empowering teams with the processes, tools, and capabilities needed to deliver strategic technology outcomes at scale. WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO Partner with the Senior Director of Strategic Programs to help coordinate program activities, track progress, and maintain project documentation. Assist with efforts to transition teams from Smartsheet to Asana to enable consistent tracking and visibility of procurement requests and workflows. Assist in promoting consistent use of the Purchase Order module in Oracle Fusion for all IT-related purchases. Help organize and consolidate information to establish a single, reliable source for IT contract documentation and tracking. Support development of basic guidance materials or documentation to help teams understand updates to processes effectively. Assist with analyzing operational workflows and identifying opportunities to improve process clarity, documentation, or efficiency.

Requirements

  • A rising junior or senior undergraduate student pursuing a degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with stakeholders and escalating issues when needed.
  • Interest in learning enterprise procurement processes and building effective working relationships across teams.
  • Interest in business operations, procurement processes or enterprise systems.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with different teams and communicate clearly.
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment supporting strategic technology initiatives
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with Asana is a plus
  • Experience using collaboration tools such as Slack, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, or similar platforms.
  • Interest in understanding and improving business processes and operational workflows.
  • Comfortable asking clarifying questions and proposing solutions when challenges or blockers arise.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Availability to work onsite at least three days per week in Beverly Hills, CA
  • Proficiency with AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Claude, etc)

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with large or disparate data sets using Excel or other analytical tools is a plus.
  • Ability to communicate processes and ideas visually using diagramming tools such as Lucidchart, Visio, Miro, or similar platforms is a plus.
