About The Position

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for an IT Business Analyst in United States. This role provides critical support for cloud security and IT systems within a high-security, mission-driven environment. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with information systems security standards, coordinating security accreditation activities, and supporting cloud migration initiatives. Working closely with end-users and cross-functional teams, you will manage training, user adoption, and helpdesk support, while developing and maintaining documentation and testing processes. The position offers exposure to advanced cybersecurity practices, complex technical environments, and opportunities to contribute to operational excellence across multiple IT and security initiatives. This is a hands-on role requiring strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills, ideal for professionals who thrive in structured and security-conscious settings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Systems, IT, Computer Science, or related field, or 10 years equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of information security experience, particularly in cloud security.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to work independently or in a team.
  • Required certifications: CISSP, CISM, or other DoD Directive 8570-compliant credentials; CompTIA Security+.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility; US citizenship required.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally and stand, walk, bend, or squat as needed.

  • Desired certifications: GCIH, GSEC, CISA, FITSP-M, GCSA, GISF, SSCP, CEH, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

  • Perform user acceptance testing and support end-users in system adoption.
  • Administer learning management systems and develop training curricula.
  • Provide helpdesk support and respond to user inquiries.
  • Create, update, and maintain training materials and documentation.
  • Support test engineering activities to ensure secure and compliant system operations.
  • Collaborate with IT and security teams to maintain system integrity and compliance.
