The IT/AV Project Coordinator will act as a key liaison for coordinating and executing technology projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. This role involves tracking orders, facilitating planning meetings, coordinating with clients, overseeing the work of internal teams and third‑party vendors, and preparing final project documentation. Requirements

  • Minimum of five (5) years' experience as a Project Manager, Account Manager, Project Specialist, or similar role managing enterprise‑level projects.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with experience in client engagement.
  • Previous experience working on IT and AV technical projects.
  • Strong writing, documentation, and reporting abilities.
  • Proven analytical and problem‑solving skills.

Nice To Haves

  • PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate, define, staff, and manage one or multiple IT/AV projects from start to finish.
  • Serve as the primary project point of contact for management, technical teams, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct site surveys and participate in project kickoff meetings.
  • Develop detailed project schedules, lead project status meetings, and manage resource allocation.
  • Work closely with project owners to monitor delivery performance, ensure quality standards, and manage timelines and budgets.
  • Create and deliver accurate pre‑project and post‑project documentation.
  • Oversee project execution, including building project plans, assigning resources, tracking progress, and ensuring timely completion.
  • Collect and document business requirements and workflows from users.
  • Perform quality assurance checks and prepare related documentation.
  • Plan, coordinate, and deliver user training as needed.
