IT Helpdesk / AV Support Administrator The Operations team is looking for an IT Helpdesk & Audio Visual Support Administrator to design, install and support conferencing and collaboration systems in a variety of Axis Communications environments. Primary responsibility is assisting with IT Helpdesk duties as defined below and being the go-to support person for AV in the region. We are seeking a candidate with the skills and abilities to project manage, install, diagnose and support audio visual and conferencing systems. Also able to work independently or as part of a team to oversee installation and troubleshoot systems as required. You’ll love this position if You are deeply motivated to help those around you, to include users at different levels of technical experience. You love to collaborate with peers, users, managers, and internal & external partners to deliver superb AV solutions and IT Customer Service You love jumping in to solve new and challenging technical puzzles. You demonstrate a deep curiosity to understand how things work and independently seek out answers to problems.
