About The Position

We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic individual to join our IT support team as an entry-level Information Technology Associate. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or 1-2 years of equivalent experience or combination of both.
• Genuine passion for technology.
• Strong communication and customer service abilities.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Office, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.
• Willingness to learn emerging technologies.

Nice To Haves

• Help desk or technical support experience.
• Familiarity with accounting software.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, MCP, or ITIL Foundation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver responsive technical support to staff via phone, email, or in-person interactions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install, configure, and update software applications.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and passwords.
• Collaborate with senior IT team members.
• Track and document support requests.
• Maintain IT inventory.
• Develop and update IT support documentation.
