IT Technician/Support Location: Vernon, CA (in-house/on-site) Compensation: $25-27/hr Responsibilities: Respond to employee inquiries and incidents in a timely and professional manner. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network-related issues. Diagnose and resolve technical issues in a timely manner. Maintain accurate and detailed records of interactions and issue resolutions. Install, configure, and update software applications, as well as assist with system updates. Assist in setting up new user accounts, permissions, and access to various systems. Collaborate with team members to continuously improve support processes and documentation. Perform other related duties as assigned.
