Requirements

• Must be detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong ability to establish priorities, meet deadlines and multi-task.
• Strong communication skills – interpersonal, written and verbal.
• Must have professional, positive attitude.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook and Word).
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Relevant experience required.
• An interest in using technology to improve current procedures

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with office equipment (large copiers, scanners, postage meters, etc.) and reprographics experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and prioritize internal customer request queue while responding to user requests in a quick and efficient manner.
• Determine most appropriate methods, including outside vendors and suppliers, for accomplishing projects in the most time and cost efficient manner.
• Review operational procedures, identify opportunities to enhance logistics processes, and make recommendations for improvement.
• Manage and process deliveries and packages.
• Supervise and maintain perpetual inventory and distribution of supplies.
• Assemble critical documents accurately and in the most efficient method while maintaining quality standards.
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
