About The Position

World Travel Holdings is seeking a detail-oriented IT Asset & Endpoint Analyst to join our team in Fort Lauderdale. This is a critical, hands-on role focused on the full lifecycle management of endpoint devices. You will serve as the primary point of contact for computer imaging, user profile configuration, and hardware logistics, ensuring employees are fully equipped from day one. Beyond initial setup, this role plays a key part in maintaining endpoint health and security through patch management, vulnerability remediation, and software updates, working closely with management to support a secure and reliable end‑user environment. Requirements

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Windows 11 desktop administration
  • Working knowledge of macOS endpoint management
  • Hands-on experience with endpoint deployment and management tools, including PDQ SmartDeploy and PDQ Connect
  • Solid understanding of TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, and VPN connectivity
  • Experience supporting or administering multi‑factor authentication (MFA) solutions
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs. (required for shipping and receiving duties)
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with Jamf for Apple device management (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Execute desktop and laptop imaging, user profile configuration, and Active Directory account management
  • Deploy, configure, and maintain Windows and macOS endpoint devices
  • Partner with the Facilities team to pack, ship, receive, and track computer systems for new hires and remote employees
  • Maintain accurate records of device assignments and inventory status
  • Perform routine software updates, patch management, and vulnerability remediation to maintain compliance and security standards
  • Assist with endpoint security initiatives, including MFA and device hardening
  • Provide hands-on troubleshooting for endpoint hardware and software issues
  • Manage incidents and service requests through the ticketing system, escalating complex issues as needed
  • Track assets throughout their lifecycle, including procurement, deployment, warranty claims, repair coordination, and retirement
  • Ensure asset data is accurate and up to date within asset management systems
