Will BE PROFICIENT IN THESE KEY RESPONSIBILITIES BY END OF CO-OP: Strong working knowledge of Configuration Management Database (CMDB) within ServiceNow. Managing a contract and equipment lifecycle process – renewals, onboarding, lease management. Understanding, analyzing and presenting data to help teams make solid business decisions. Recognizing and reducing budget spend with license optimization and other programs. Assists in the management of project implementations. Requirements

• Finance, Economics, Business, Data Science or a related discipline.
• Experience with inventory management, shipping, online stores and ordering.
• Interest in hardware, software, contract management and catalog management.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to keep schedules and deadlines on track.
• Strong interpersonal skills and must be able to work successfully on a team.
• Excellent communication skills (written, and verbal)
• Advanced Excel skills
• Candidates must be familiar with Windows and Microsoft Suite and Smartsheet
• Familiarity with ticketing or service management systems, specifically ServiceNow.
• Experience with catalog, check in and check out inventory management systems.

Responsibilities
