On behalf of CNS Cares (“CNS” or “Company), this position provides technical support to company application users. The role assists in application maintenance and projects, performance improvement initiatives, procuring general and market-specific curriculum for applications as well as support of the company’s application and back-office systems. In addition, this role will be cross trained on the portfolio of company systems for; redundancy in support, user administration into systems, and escalated technical documentation. This individual performs as an applications specialist anticipating future information technology updates to systems and helping identify solutions based on the evolving IT landscape.
