Data Management: Ensure our CRM is home to clean, reliable, accurate data. You'll manage imports, exports, integrity checks, and cleansing to keep everything sharp and trustworthy. Reporting & Analytics: Build dashboards and reports that transform numbers into narratives - stories that guide decisions, highlight opportunities, and reveal customer behavior patterns. User Support & Training: Be the go-to expert. Train departments, craft clean and effective documentation, and support staff as they adopt and utilize CRM capabilities. Process Optimization: Streamline, automate, integrate - your innovation will help us operate more efficiently and allow teams to spend more time doing meaningful work. Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, IT, and leadership to align CRM strategy with big-picture organizational goals.
