As the IT Systems Analyst, you are a part of BEST PEOPLE, you are an integral part of our IT department in our Lexington corporate office. Your passion for problem solving and driving continuous improvement as the IT Systems Analyst contributes to our world-class software. Working as a business partner with our operations team, you are exceeding their expectations daily by implementing our BEST SYSTEMS while you oversee daily IT operations in order to deliver BEST RESULTS!

Requirements

  • Previous experience in an IT role.
  • Foundational knowledge of networking concepts and system connectivity.
  • Understanding and experience working with SQL servers and management
  • Understanding and experience of O365 tenants including the use PowerAutomate
  • Self‑motivated and proactive in learning new technologies.
  • Comfortable working through challenges without step‑by‑step guidance.
  • Dependable and consistent in meeting responsibilities and deadlines.
  • Ability to learn complex systems independently without extensive oversight.
  • Strong attention to detail with a structured, organized working style.
  • High level of trustworthiness, honesty, and responsibility.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and willingness to take initiative.
