About The Position

TalentFish is casting a line for an IT Analyst ! This is a first-level IT role responsible for providing technology solutions and support to customers, ensuring smooth daily IT operations, supporting meeting/event technologies, and participating in IT projects and initiatives. The IT Analyst also contributes to advancing organizational effectiveness and exceptional service delivery.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Technologies: Microsoft Operating Systems (installation/configuration)
  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • ServiceNow, MS Teams
  • Remote access architectures (Citrix, VPN)
  • Mobile technologies (iOS, iPadOS)
  • Networking (LAN/WAN, cabling, communication devices)
  • Inter/Intra/Extranet technologies
  • Document Management Systems (iManage/Work 10)
  • Data security and related applications
  • Project management practices
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent work experience).
  • 3+ years providing direct IT support (software, hardware, networking).
  • 3+ years supporting LAN/WAN and network systems.
  • 3+ years configuring/installing/maintaining client PC operating systems.

  • Professional services or law firm experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a technical resource to customers for timely assistance, escalations, and high-quality support.
  • Facilitate and support meeting technology events and tools (video conferences, presentations, client meetings, special events).
  • Collaborate with firm-wide departments to schedule and execute meetings and events.
  • Answer first-level support calls/emails and provide on-site end-user support.
  • Install and maintain computer software standards per departmental requirements.
  • Escalate and resolve software/hardware issues across IT teams.
  • Maintain office computers and printers for operational availability.
  • Update and manage the firm's asset management system.
  • Use call tracking tools to log, update, escalate, and close tickets with complete lifecycle documentation.
  • Practice call ownership by keeping customers informed until resolution.
  • Participate in IT initiatives, projects, and deployments; promote training and user adoption.
  • Support mobile device technologies and remote access tools (Citrix, VPN).
  • Coordinate responses to planned service events and critical outages.
  • Foster and enforce data security best practices in line with firm policies.
  • Work beyond scheduled hours as necessary; light travel may be required.
