About The Position

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented IT Analyst to join our growing technology team. This is an exciting mid-level opportunity to specialize in the field of full-stack observability Using Dynatrace. You will work alongside engineers to help ensure the health and performance of our diverse application portfolio.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • A strong interest in application performance, cloud computing, and IT infrastructure.
  • Basic understanding of modern IT concepts (e.g., cloud, databases, web applications).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong desire to learn.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Nice To Haves

  • 1-5 years of experience in an IT role.
  • Familiarity with any monitoring or logging tools.
  • Dynatrace Associate certification is a significant plus, or a willingness to become certified.
  • Exposure to cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) or container concepts (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Basic scripting knowledge (e.g., Python, PowerShell).

Responsibilities

  • Platform Support: Run day-to-day administration and maintenance of the Dynatrace platform.
  • Help teams with the deployment and configuration Dynatrace OneAgents on new applications and services.
  • Support data quality efforts by helping to apply tags, create naming rules, and organize management zones under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Monitoring & Analysis: Perform daily health checks of critical applications using Dynatrace dashboards.
  • Monitor application and infrastructure performance, learning to identify and escalate potential issues, anomalies, and bottlenecks.
  • Assist in analyzing performance data and generating reports on application health and user experience.
  • Dashboarding & Reporting: Help create and maintain dashboards and reports for technical and application teams.
  • Learn to translate performance data into clear, understandable insights.
  • Collaboration & Learning: Work closely with development, operations, and QA teams to understand application architecture and support their monitoring needs.
  • Act as a first point of contact for basic monitoring questions and escalate issues as needed.
  • Actively learn and apply observability best practices with mentorship from the team.
