About The Position

The IT Applications Intern – Sales AI Agent Development will support the
Application Development team in building AI-powered tools to enhance sales
effectiveness. This role focuses on developing CoPilot AI Agents that provide
sales employees with quick, actionable customer insights, reducing the need to
manually search reports. The intern will collaborate with IT and Sales teams to
gather business requirements, design technical solutions, and implement
AI-driven applications using Azure technologies. This internship provides
hands-on experience in AI development, APIs, and enterprise application design.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled as a Junior or Senior in a bachelor’s program.
• Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or related field.
• Basic experience with Python or JavaScript.
• Understanding of APIs and system integration concepts.
• Exposure to AI / LLM concepts.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure or cloud-based platforms (Azure Foundry preferred).
• Experience working on technical or software development projects.
• Interest in AI, automation, and business applications.
• GPA 3.0+ preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement CoPilot AI Agents for Sales team use.
• Gather business requirements from Sales and translate them into technical solutions.
• Utilize Azure Foundry and AI tools to build scalable applications.
• Integrate data sources and APIs to provide accurate customer insights.
• Test, troubleshoot, and refine AI agent functionality.
• Demo AI solutions and assist in training Sales team members.
• Participate in Agile team activities including daily standups and team meetings.
