In this role, you will be instrumental in driving healthcare transformation through innovative technology solutions. Requirements

  • Anticipated Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferred majors: Information Systems, Technology, Business (general)
  • Expected Graduation: May 2027
  • Motivated emerging professional with a passion for improving healthcare through technology improvement projects
  • Collaborative teammate who can identify opportunities for improvement and carve out the path to solutions
  • Prioritizes personal and professional development and is always ready to stretch their abilities to the next level
  • Focused on customer success through developing trusting relationships and always choosing to do the right thing
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to develop workplans, track milestones, and manage deliverables across teams
  • Ability to travel 20% of the time
  • Available for full 10-week Summer 2026 internship (June through August)

Responsibilities

  • Assist project teams with healthcare technology initiatives, including research, analysis, and documentation
  • Support workflow assessments and help identify opportunities for process and technology improvements
  • Contribute to presentations, reports, and other project deliverables
  • Participate in meetings and workshops by preparing materials and capturing key takeaways
  • Provide project management support by tracking tasks, timelines, and progress updates
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance methodologies, tools, and best practices
  • Explore healthcare IT trends and contribute ideas to client and internal discussions
  • Engage in professional development through mentorship, feedback, and learning opportunities
