About The Position
We are seeking a motivated and innovative intern to support the enhancement of our new digital banking platform. This role will focus on contributing to the development and delivery of meaningful features within our online and mobile banking applications. The intern will play an active role in building and implementing one or more tangible enhancements, such as expanding in-app marketing capabilities, developing interactive widgets, or improving user-facing functionality. Throughout the internship, the selected candidate will gain hands-on experience working with large-scale information systems and modern software and mobile app development practices. They will collaborate closely with cross-functional team members in an Agile environment, developing practical skills in teamwork, problem-solving, and delivering high-quality digital solutions that enhance the member experience.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the enhancement and ongoing support of our online and mobile banking applications
- Design, build, test, and deliver one or more tangible features within the digital banking app
- Expand and improve in-app capabilities, such as marketing content integrations and interactive widgets
- Collaborate with developers, designers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into functional solutions
- Assist in troubleshooting, testing, and optimizing application performance and user experience
- Document technical processes, feature functionality, and development updates
- Support continuous improvement efforts to enhance the overall digital banking member experience
