The MGB Digital intern role may be project management or technical/IT/security - focused, based on department openings and availability.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent required
  • Must be currently enrolled in college-level courses
  • Exceptional time management, prioritization and organization abilities
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and autonomously to take initiative and common goals
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and pivot within scope for business needs

Responsibilities

  • Support Digital projects: Interns will assist in ongoing projects, providing valuable help to Digital staff while learning in the process.
  • Bring innovative ideas and new perspectives to the table.
  • Gain practical exposure to meaningful work, applying classroom knowledge to real-world situations.
  • Skills Acquisition: Develop industry-specific and transferable skills such as project management, communication, and problem-solving.
  • Networking: Opportunities to connect with professionals in the field and build relationships that can assist with career development.
  • Career Exploration: Ability to assess whether a particular field or position aligns with your long-term career aspirations.
